As part of its expansive business strategy, CSE entered the real estate investment business in 2006 through strategic partnerships in the high-end hotel and specialty retail markets. Drawing on a proven track record as a successful operator and marketer, CSE sought to expand its presence in this sector and, in 2009, formed CSE Realty Partners to operate as the real estate investment arm of the company. Led by Lance Sallis, a 20-year industry veteran, CSE Realty Partners is focused on the acquisition and development of investment grade commercial real estate in markets with long-term growth dynamics.
